Meet the Actor who plays Miss B’Have

Avril, 22 years old, took an early interest in performing arts by becoming the school MC in primary school. While in high school In Uganda, she began acting, singing and directing school plays. She is currently pursuing a degree in design at the University of Nairobi and was recently signed to the music and video production house Ogopa Deejays. As a young female artiste, she appeals to the young female population by communicating their social issues the way they "see it". She considers herself a Kenyan artiste representing the young urban youth culture whose lifestyle is driven by music and fashion. Avril uses the term “Street Fashion” to describe her image and believes that it’s not about following celebrity fashion or trends but the ability to apply style and design to what one wears.
